About the Role

NoBroker is looking for energetic and driven Inside Sales Associate who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving high performance. You will play a key role in converting leads, understanding customer requirements, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.
  
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right NoBroker services.
  
• Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  
• Update CRM with accurate customer data and follow-ups.
  
• Collaborate with team leaders to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  
• Sales-driven attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  
• Previous experience in inside sales or tele-sales is a plus (but not mandatory).
