Sales Executive - Two Wheeler Loan

Role & responsibilities

• Generate two-wheeler loan business through dealership walk-ins and customer inquiries.
• Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and finance schemes to customers. Assist

customers in completing loan applications and documentation.

• Convert vehicle buyers into finance customers by offering suitable loan solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership sales teams to generate continuous business

referrals.

• Increase market share through effective customer engagement and lead conversion.
• Ensure collection of the first EMI from customers after loan disbursement.
• Follow up with customers for repayment reminders.
• Support collection teams in maintaining portfolio quality and minimizing delinquencies.
• Abide by companys laid down policies and processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education Under Graduate(12th Pass) Graduate and post graduate
• Experience Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Two-Wheeler Finance, Retail Lending, NBFC, Banking,
• Automobile Dealership Sales, or Financial Services
• Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Industry and persuasive, customer - oriented behaviour.
• Management Skills Multi-tasking and multiple stake holder management.
• Soft Skills Should be Self-motivated, and passionate about TW loan business.
• Should be aggressive and ambitious
