Sales Executive - TMT

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project clients in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Generate enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Develop new markets and increase product penetration in the assigned territory.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
