Sales Executive ( Tile Adhesives)

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing tile adhesives business. The role involves developing customers and channel partners, generating sales opportunities, and building strong relationships across the assigned territory.

Freshers with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and willingness to work in the field are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, and channel partners for tile adhesive products.
• Conduct regular market visits and generate sales opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, applicators, architects, and builders.
• Present product features, applications, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to support business development.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales or business development.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

• Experience: 0-1 year in sales or business development. Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Candidates should be based in Ahmedabad or willing to work there.
