Plan My Kalyanam is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers/vendors, explaining our services, handling enquiries, following up with leads, and converting interested prospects into successful business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective vendors.
• Follow up with existing leads and enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant services.
• Generate and maintain leads through regular follow-ups.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers/vendors.
• Update lead details, call status, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead conversion and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Ensure timely follow-up until the lead reaches the required stage.

SKILLS

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

Work Mode: Work From Office – Compulsory

Employment: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Sunday

Saturday & Sunday: Compulsory Working Days

Weekly Off: 1 day per week

Please note: Candidates should be comfortable working from the office and working on both Saturdays and Sundays, as these are compulsory working days.
