Position: Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience : 3-8 years

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve targets by delivering exceptional customer service
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized interactions
• Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and brand offerings
• Effectively communicate the unique features and value of luxury and premium watch collections
• Support and guide team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
• Work closely with management to plan and execute sales strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, luxury, or premium products
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for luxury retail
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Team-oriented attitude with basic leadership capabilities
