SALES Executive /SALES Manager

Role & responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers and project customers.

Conduct regular market visits and construction-site visits to identify new projects and sales opportunities.

Generate enquiries, prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.

Develop new dealers/channel partners and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Understand customer/project requirements and recommend suitable products.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products and market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and customer service.

Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.

Maintain regular sales reports and update management on market activities and business pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Profile

35 years of relevant sales experience in building materials, sanitaryware, tiles, windows, doors or related construction products.

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.

Strong knowledge of Building materials market in and around Coimbatore.

Good communication, presentation, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

Should be target-oriented, proactive and capable of independently handling sales activities.

Experience in B2B / project / dealer sales will be an advantage.

Willingness to travel locally for customer and site visits.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
