Sales Executive / Sales Manager - Sports Infrastructure

ChampCourts Private Limited (Hyderabad) designs and builds sports courts and surfaces across India: acrylic and PU courts, PP-tile courts, EPDM and synthetic tracks, synthetic turf and padel courts. Our clients are schools, academies, builders, clubs and institutions.

We are hiring Sales Executives and Sales Managers who have already sold sports infrastructure: people who can talk base, surface and court layout with a school principal or a builder and take the deal from first call to signed order.

Role & responsibilities:

- Own enquiries end to end: qualify, understand the site and the sport, and present the right surface.

- Work closely with our estimation team on proposals, then follow up to closure and milestone collections.

- Hyderabad: phone-first selling with regular site visits. Bengaluru and Delhi NCR: field-first, meeting schools, academies, clubs, builders and architects in your city every day.

- Build relationships with schools, academies, architects and builders.

- Keep your pipeline up to date in Zoho CRM every day.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2+ years selling sports courts, turf, sports flooring or tracks, with deals you can name. Adjacent B2B selling to institutions also counts.

- English and Hindi, plus the local language for your city: Telugu (Hyderabad), Kannada (Bengaluru).

- For field roles: you live in the city and have your own vehicle (travel allowance paid).

- Comfort with a CRM and with phone, WhatsApp and video selling.

- A plus: GeM or tender selling, and knowledge of pickleball and padel.
