HIRING SALES EXECUTIVE / SALES ENGINEER

Industry: Welding / Industrial Consumables

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Promote and sell welding electrodes, welding consumables and related products.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders and timely delivery.
• Develop the assigned territory and identify new market opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial sales.
• Experience in welding electrodes, welding consumables or related industrial products preferred.
• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
• Technical understanding of welding products will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.
• Target-oriented approach with good market-development skills.
