Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join the retail team at the ASICS store located at DLF Mall of India. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports and retail sales, with strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset
Role & responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand experience
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and stock display
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Handle billing and POS operations
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (sports/footwear preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sports and fitness is an added advantage
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality
- Minimum qualification: Graduate preferred
