Sales Executive Resort Room Reservations and Guest Relations

• Trainees / candidates from 4-star, 5-star and 7-star hotels are highly preferred.
• Candidates with training or experience in hotel reservations, front office, guest relations, hospitality sales or customer service will be preferred.
• Freshers with relevant hotel management training and excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette with good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Should be comfortable handling WhatsApp, email, telephone enquiries and follow-up calls.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed room bookings.
• Good computer knowledge and basic proficiency in MS Office, email and WhatsApp.
• Smart, presentable, energetic and customer-focused personality.
• Willingness to work with booking and revenue targets.
• Hospitality / Hotel Management qualification or relevant training will be an added advantage.Role & responsibilities
