Sales Executive – Residential Villa Project

We are hiring Sales Executives for an upcoming premium residential villa project in Silvassa, launching on 19th March. This role is ideal for candidates with strong real estate sales experience and the ability to handle site-based client interactions and closures.

Location
Silvassa On-site at project premises

Experience Required
4-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects or villas.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for the residential villa project
- Conduct site visits and property presentations
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
- Maintain sales reports and pipeline tracking
