Sales Executive - Real Estate

Job Summary-

AS Realtors is looking for energetic and target-oriented **Sales Executives*to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property enquiries, conducting site visits, following up with prospective customers, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities-

• Handle leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
• Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate and assist customers in completing the booking process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with presales and developer sales teams for smooth closures.

Candidate Profile-

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of Pune real estate market preferred.
• Experience in real estate sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
