Land Auditors is a fast-growing real estate consulting company based in Dehradun, specializing in premium residential plots and investment opportunities. We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and assigned leads.
• Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
• Explain projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Generate new leads through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospective buyers until deal closure.
• Coordinate with the documentation team during the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer handling abilities.
• Willing to travel within Dehradun for site visits.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
