About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Field Marketing Executive to promote our products/services through on-ground marketing activities. The role involves direct customer engagement, leaflet distribution, standee placement, door-to-door outreach, and local area marketing to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute promotional leaflets and marketing materials in targeted areas.
• Conduct door-to-door marketing and customer outreach activities.
• Promote the company's services through direct interactions and word-of-mouth marketing.
• Coordinate the placement of standees, banners, and other promotional materials at strategic locations.
• Identify high-footfall areas and local marketing opportunities.
• Generate leads and collect customer feedback during field activities.
• Build relationships with local communities, businesses, and potential customers.
• Maintain records of daily marketing activities and lead generation efforts.
• Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with field work and extensive local travel.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Ability to engage with customers and explain services effectively.
• Basic knowledge of local areas and markets.
• Prior experience in field marketing, sales promotion, canvassing, or customer outreach is preferred but not mandatory.
