Job Description

Pressfit is looking for an experienced Sales Executive Project Sales for our Nashik location.

The candidate will be responsible for developing project business, generating new leads, maintaining customer relationships and driving sales of electrical/building-material products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities from projects, builders, contractors, architects and institutional customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify project opportunities and follow up from enquiry to order closure.
• Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
• Understand customer/project requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, coordinate for pricing and negotiate with customers to close orders.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, dispatches and payments.
• Develop business through project visits, cold calling, references and market networking.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain customer and project databases and provide regular sales updates.
• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate from any discipline.
• 3-8 years of relevant sales experience.
• Prior experience in Electrical, Electrical Products, Building Materials, Hardware, Plumbing/Piping, Lighting or similar industries.
• Experience in Project Sales / Distributor Sales will be preferred.
• Should have experience dealing with builders, contractors, architects, project customers or institutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Should be target-oriented and capable of independently handling the assigned market.
