Mechtex is launching a new Precision Machining Operations Division. We are seeking a technical and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth, expand our client base, and showcase our expanded manufacturing capabilities to B2B clients. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and secure new B2B clients for custom precision machining services.
- Upsell existing customer base to acquire machining business and expand key accounts.
- Analyze customer requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications to offer viable machining and manufacturing solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including RFQs (Request for Quotations), proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to evaluate project feasibility, pricing, and delivery schedules. Requirements Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production
- Experience: 1 years+ required
- Basic to advance understanding of precision machining / part manufacturing operations, including CNC, VMC, Turning, Milling, Hobbing, Broaching, Moulding, Overmoulding, and surface treatments like Hardening Anodizing.
- Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings, strong negotiation skills, and clear communication.
- Prior experience in B2B technical sales, industrial sales, or business development within manufacturing / machining sector What We Offer
