About MOFIA:

MOFIA is Chennai's fast-growing pre-owned and refurbished mobile phone brand. We operate retail outlets in Ekkatuthangal and T Nagar, with a professional multi-point Quality Check process for every device we sell. We're not a typical phone shop we run on systems, SOPs, and structured training. Our goal is to build MOFIA into a PAN India brand, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers in choosing the right phone for their budget
• Explain phone specs, condition grades, and warranty terms clearly
• Handle exchanges, upgrades, and accessory recommendations
• Process billing using our POS system (training provided)
• Maintain store presentation standards

Who Should Apply:

• Age: 20–30 years
• Good communication in Tamil + basic English
• Genuine interest in mobile phones and technology
• Freshers welcome — if you're sharp and willing to learn fast
• Prior retail or mobile sales experience is a plus, not a must
• Candidates from Poorvika, Sangeetha, Big C, Hotspot, or any mobile retail background — we'd love to talk to you
