Sales Executive (Min 9month Experience)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective business customers, explain IndiaMART's services and offerings, and drive subscriptions and revenue growth. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Sales Executive will build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, provide post-sale support, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily work includes meeting sales targets, visiting clients as required, preparing proposals, and sharing market feedback to help improve products and services.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure.
• Customer relationship management capabilities, with experience in client servicing, account management, and retention.
• Communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present value propositions clearly and handle objections effectively.
• Comfort using digital tools and CRM systems, with basic proficiency in MS Office and online communication platforms.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong planning, time management, and follow-up discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in B2B sales, marketplace platforms, or SME-focused services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work on-site in Noida, conduct client meetings, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture.
