About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead residential real estate sales across the ChemburMulund micro-market.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the local property market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate and convert high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Drive residential real estate sales across Chembur - Mulund
Manage leads generated through various channels
Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site visits
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects
Negotiate and close property transactions
Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track sales pipeline, follow-ups and conversions
Stay updated on pricing, inventory and market trends
Coordinate with developers and internal sales teams
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Strong knowledge of Central Mumbai / Chembur–Mulund market
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong client-handling and closing abilities
Self-motivated, target-oriented and professionally presentable
Candidates with experience in developer sales, mandate sales or premium residential projects will be preferred
