Sales Executive/Manager - Servo Stabilizers

About the Role

We're looking for a driven Sales Manager/Executive to promote and sell power conditioning solutions servo voltage stabilizers, transformers— to industrial and commercial clients. You'll identify customer power needs, present technical solutions, build lasting client relationships, and close deals that keep businesses running reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and various channels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs and identify selling possibilities
• Deliver product presentations and technical discussions on KVA capacity, load balancing, and voltage ranges
• Recommend customized power solutions based on client requirements
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing/terms, and close deals to meet sales targets and KPIs
• Handle tender-based and government/corporate bidding inquiries
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing/networking events
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain CRM pipeline; prepare frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve sales objectives
• Travel locally/regionally for client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years' B2B/industrial sales experience in power electronics (stabilizers, transformers)
• Strong technical grasp of electrical equipment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel
