Role Description The Sales Executive – Home Loan role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will engage with prospective homebuyers, understand their financing needs, and recommend suitable home loan products in collaboration with banking and financial partners. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting customer meetings, explaining loan eligibility and documentation requirements, and supporting clients through the application and approval process. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and lenders to ensure timely processing, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or other sales tracking systems. The Sales Executive is expected to achieve sales targets, provide a high level of customer service, and represent Square Yard professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed home loan sales targets.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills, including clear presentation and active listening abilities.
• Basic financial literacy and understanding of home loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation processes.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms for lead management and reporting.
• Relevant experience in home loans, banking, housing finance, or real estate sales is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple client interactions daily, and maintain a professional, ethical approach.
• Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Bengaluru is an advantage.
