Sales Executive - Influencer Marketing

We are looking for a driven and proactive Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. This is a client-facing role for someone interested in sales, influencer marketing, the creator economy, and technology. You will work across the sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to understanding client requirements, building proposals, conducting platform demos, attending meetings, and coordinating internally for seamless campaign handovers and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive outbound outreach to brands and prospective clients through emails, messages, calls, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers across brands and agencies for influencer marketing partnerships.
• Understand client briefs, marketing objectives, budgets, target audiences, and campaign requirements.
• Build a strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing landscape, and relevant industry trends.
• Plan influencer marketing solutions and campaigns based on client requirements.
• Create sales decks, campaign proposals, presentations, and commercial plans for prospective clients.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the technology platform and confidently communicate its capabilities and value proposition.
• Conduct product and platform demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Participate in and independently handle both in-person and online client meetings.
• Manage follow-ups throughout the sales cycle and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams across campaign management, creator operations, finance, and other functions.
• Support project management from the initial brief through onboarding, handover, and campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, meetings, proposals, and sales progress.

What We're Looking For

• Fresher with strong sales aptitude and a keen interest in sales, business development, influencer marketing, digital marketing, advertising, media, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable interacting with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, pitching, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, calling, prospecting, and persistent follow-ups.
• Ability to understand technology products and confidently conduct product demonstrations.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• A genuine interest in social media, creators, brands, digital marketing, and the evolving creator economy.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Negotiable depending on the candidate's skills and overall fit, plus incentives as per company policies.
