Sales Executive - Industrial Sales- Conveyor Belts

Accord Premier Conveyors & Co. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our industrial sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, generating leads, and promoting our conveyor belts and industrial conveying solutions to customers across various industries.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B/industrial sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers in industrial sectors.
• Generate leads through market visits, references, tele-calling, online research, and networking.
• Promote and sell industrial conveyor belts and related products/solutions.
• Visit factories, plants, warehouses, and industrial units to understand customer requirements.
• Develop relationships with purchase, maintenance, production, stores, and management teams.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the technical/operations team for customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries, orders, payments, and after-sales requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain regular communication with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new industries, customers, and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales preferred.
• Experience in conveyor belts or industrial products will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good customer relationship and business development skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industrial visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and quotation preparation.
• Valid driving licence and own vehicle would be an advantage.
