### Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify prospective industrial investors and businesses.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Handle client inquiries and follow-ups.
- Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits.
- Coordinate with management for bookings and documentation.
- Build relationships with industrial consultants, property dealers, and business owners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

### Candidate Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales, industrial sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.
- Own vehicle preferred for site visits.
- Knowledge of the Tricity, Barwala, Panchkula, and Yamunanagar industrial markets will be an advantage.
