Sales Executive - IAM/IGA

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with 3-5 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in IAM/IGA, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, engaging senior IT/Security decision-makers, managing the sales pipeline, and driving opportunities to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new B2B sales opportunities.
• Engage with CISOs, CIOs, IT/Security Heads, and decision-makers.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, pipeline, negotiations, and closures.
• Understand and present IAM/IGA and Identity Security solutions to prospects.
• Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for demos and PoCs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings is a primary requirement.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of B2B/IT/SaaS sales experience.
• IAM/IGA knowledge or experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for business/client meetings.
