Sales Executive (Hospitality, B2C Inside Sales)

As a Sales Executive (Hospitality, B2C Inside Sales), you will sell stays, packages, and experiences for Amrit Ocean Resort, a luxury wellness resort in Florida, directly to US guests.

This is a hands-on, phone-first sales role where you will identify the right prospects, make calls, build rapport, and close bookings independently. This is not a supervisory position. If you are a natural closer who enjoys speaking with customers over the phone, we will train you on the hospitality side.

• Generate leads and identify suitable prospects from web enquiries, abandoned bookings, past guests, event enquiries, and your own outreach.
• Make outbound and cold calls to prospects, and follow up persistently until you reach a decision.
• Handle inbound enquiry and reservation calls and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Sell rooms, suites, spa and wellness packages, retreats, dining, and, where assigned, residences.
• Upsell room categories, length of stay, and add-on services on every call.
• Log every call, lead, and booking in the CRM with the correct source code.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversion, and revenue.
• Pass guest feedback and service issues to the team lead so they reach the property.

• Experience in outbound or cold calling, telesales, inside sales, lead generation, or telecalling/headhunting-style outreach.
• Relevant experience may come from any industry, including travel, real estate, education, insurance, banking, telecom, e-commerce, or recruitment.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding individual sales, calling, or conversion targets.
• Comfort with B2C selling, including talking to individual customers, understanding their needs, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Clear and confident spoken English suitable for calls with US customers.
• Resilience, a persuasive and friendly phone manner, and strong follow-through.
• Willingness to work US shift hours, including weekends on rotation.

Entry level to 3 years of experience. Strong freshers with calling or sales internship experience and excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Experience selling to US, UK, or international customers by phone.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, wellness, luxury, or high-ticket sales.
• Familiarity with a CRM or a reservations system such as Opera or SynXis.
• Experience in recruitment or headhunting, where sourcing, outreach, and persuasion are core skills.
