Role & responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Revenue Generation: Proactively engage with incoming and assigned prospective leads, evaluate their service requirements, and present tailored NoBroker service packages to secure deal closures.
• Consultative Pitching & Negotiation: Conduct structured sales consultationsvia telephone or on-site client meetingsclearly articulating value propositions, addressing price objections, and negotiating favorable deal terms.
• Pipeline Hygiene & Target Achievement: Consistently execute timely customer follow-ups, maintain accurate lead status records in the CRM platform, and meet or exceed monthly sales performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

Linguistic Capability: Outstanding verbal communication skills with mandatory fluency in any 3 of the following regional languages: Kannada, English, Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi.
