Sales Executive (D2C Performance Marketing)

Compensation: 9-12 LPA

We're looking for a Sales Executive who will own the sales function end-to-end. You'll be responsible for generating qualified opportunities, building new acquisition channels, closing clients, and helping scale AdSocial.ai's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
• Build and scale outbound sales channels using tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Interakt,

and LinkedIn.

• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and outbound

campaigns.

• Understand client challenges and recommend performance marketing solutions tailored

to their business.

• Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

and handover.

• Track sales metrics, optimize outreach strategies, and continuously improve conversion

rates.

• Build partnerships and identify new business opportunities to accelerate growth.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Meta Ads, performance marketing, and digital advertising.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• 23 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup

environment.

• Experience with CRM and outbound sales tools is a plus.

1. 6 Days working setup
2. In office work mode.

3. Should have a personal laptop to work on.
4. Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
