About this role
Raymitra is a CRM and business app for solar installers and EPC companies in India — leads, WhatsApp, quotes with subsidy and GST, projects, payments and staff attendance in one place. Solar businesses across Madhya Pradesh,
Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh use it, and we are growing fast.
We are hiring Sales Executives (freshers welcome).
What you will do
• Call and WhatsApp solar installers who ask for a demo (warm leads from our ads — no cold calling lists)
• Show Raymitra in a 15–20 minute online demo
• Follow up until the trial turns into a paid subscription
• Keep every lead updated in Raymitra itself (you will use the product you sell)
What we offer
• 5,000-15000 fixed per month + commission on every paid subscription you close
• 3 months to prove yourself — strong performers get a full-time role
• Training on the product, the solar business and sales calls
• Work directly with the team that builds the product
Who should apply
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience — attitude matters more than experience
• Clear Hindi and basic English (Marathi or Gujarati is a plus)
• Comfortable on the phone and WhatsApp all day
• Laptop & smartphone with good internet
Minimum commitment: 3 months
