Sales Executive FMCG General Trade

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and manage General Trade business across the assigned Jaipur territory.
• Visit retailers, wholesalers and B2B customers regularly to generate orders.
• Develop new retailers and productive customers while growing business from existing customers.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets and consistent month-on-month growth.
• Increase the range of Silver Tree products sold at existing outlets.
• Reactivate customers whose purchases have reduced or stopped.
• Follow up outstanding payments and maintain proper collection discipline.
• Communicate prices, schemes and company offers to customers.
• Monitor competitor prices, products and market activities and report important information to management.
• Maintain daily market visits, orders and customer follow-up records.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of Field Sales / General Trade experience, preferably in FMCG or food products.
• Experience selling to retailers, wholesalers and distributors in Jaipur.
• Existing relationships with Jaipur retailers/wholesalers will be an advantage.
• Experience in pulses, rice, flour, grocery, staples or packaged food is preferred.
• Strong new-customer development and negotiation ability.
• Good knowledge of the Jaipur market.
• Two-wheeler required for field work.
• Minimum 12th pass.
• Good Hindi communication skills.
