Job Summary

Pressfit is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to manage and expand its dealer and distributor network in Gulbarga (Kalaburagi), Karnataka.

Industry Experience Required

Candidates must have prior work experience in at least one of the following industries:

1. Electricals & Lighting
2. Plumbing & Piping
3. Hardware & Paints

Candidates will receive training and mentoring from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the distribution network and grow sales across the assigned territory.
2. Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and contractors.
3. Generate orders through product demonstrations, promotional schemes and price explanations.
4. Ensure timely payment compliance and follow up on outstanding payments.
5. Inform customers about sales offers and explain pricing and landed-price calculations.
6. Suggest ideas to improve brand presence and market penetration.
7. Visit clients regularly, collect feedback and resolve customer concerns.
8. Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
9. Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with management.

Candidate Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Prior experience in Electricals & Lighting, Plumbing & Piping, or Hardware & Paints is mandatory.
• Experience in B2B sales, field sales, distribution sales or dealer management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer accounts.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Graduate in any discipline. B.Com, BBA/BMS and BE/B.Tech candidates may apply.

Working Hours

• Minimum 10 hours in the field, depending on customer and distributor schedules.

Travel Requirements

• Primary location: Gulbarga (Kalaburagi), Karnataka.
• Field travel for at least 15 days per month.
• Coverage of approximately 4–5 districts, as assigned by management.
