Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding offers, promotions, and services.
Address customer queries and provide accurate product information.
Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
