Standard Builders is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive and/or Commission Agents with 13 years of experience to handle sales operations for hollow blocks and paving blocks. The candidate will be responsible for generating orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely payment collection.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate sales orders for hollow blocks and paving blocks
• Visit construction companies, builders, and construction sites to obtain orders
• Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with the production/logistics team
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Prepare sales reports and updates for management

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in construction material sales (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to travel to construction sites and client locations
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
