Sales Executive Commercial Real Estate

Yash Realty Group is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Commercial Real Estate team in Pune.

The candidate will interact with corporate clients, understand their office-space requirements, suggest suitable properties and coordinate property visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
  • Identify and share suitable commercial office options.
  • Coordinate and attend client meetings and property visits.
  • Prepare proposals and follow up with clients.
  • Coordinate with property owners, developers and channel partners.
  • Assist in negotiations and closure of transactions.
  • Maintain regular updates of leads and client interactions.

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates with 14 years of experience in sales, business development or real estate.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, corporate leasing, coworking or B2B sales will be an advantage.
  • Candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in building a career in commercial real estate are welcome.
  • The candidate should be comfortable with client meetings, fieldwork and property visits.
  • A two-wheeler is preferred.
