About this role
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated B.Tech Civil freshers who are interested in building a career in technical sales and business development within the construction industry. The candidate will work closely with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and project consultants to generate business opportunities and support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business opportunities through client visits and market research
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and distributors
- Promote company products to potential customers
- Prepare presentations and explain product applications
- Follow up with clients for quotations, orders, and payments
- Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support
- Prepare sales reports and project pipeline updates
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Civil Diploma
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Candidates with internship or project exposure in construction materials or sales will have an added advantage
Required Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Interest in technical sales and business development
- Basic understanding of construction materials and site practices
- Strong learning attitude and self-motivation
- Team player with good negotiation skills
