The Sales & Distribution Executive plays a pivotal role in driving milk sales and expanding distribution networks within the assigned operational area. This position is critical to achieving budgeted business targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing end-to-end sales execution, from market outreach and logistics coordination to customer relationship management and compliance with quality standards. By leveraging market insights and proactive problem-solving, the role ensures consistent product availability, minimizes losses, and supports the growth of model parlours—contributing directly to the organization's market expansion and brand reputation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and expand distribution networks across the assigned territory.
  
• Ensure timely collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding receivables.
  
• Coordinate logistics and oversee the timely, efficient distribution of milk products.
  
• Conduct market intelligence activities to identify gaps in marketing strategies and customer needs.
  
• Promote and scale the model parlours business within the operational area.
  
• Monitor, control, and ensure timely recovery of reusable crates.
  
• Implement measures to minimize product leakages, damages, and losses.
  
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  
• Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG operations.
  
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distribution networks.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in data collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
