Sales Executive_Building Materials

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants and dealers.
• Visit construction sites and understand project requirements.
• Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, orders and payments.
• Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline and customer database.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Candidate Requirements -

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Building Materials / Construction / Construction Chemicals / Architectural Products / Steel / Cement / Tiles / Waterproofing / Hardware.
• Strong network with builders, contractors, architects and dealers will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Pune.
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
