Job Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling and client visits.
• Identify and approach potential clients for advertising solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up with clients for closures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client campaigns.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update client information.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Advertising / Media / Marketing industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
• Good knowledge of local markets and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
• Candidates who can independently handle client acquisition and business development will be preferred.
