Sales Executive - B2B Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and travel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote DMC services, destination packages, FIT/GIT programs, MICE services, excursions, transfers, accommodation, and other travel solutions.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and business meetings.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the operations/product team to provide suitable itineraries and quotations.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and proposals to convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Develop destination/product knowledge and communicate the company's USPs effectively to B2B partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Participate in travel trade fairs, roadshows, exhibitions, networking events, and client engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales pipelines, and business forecasts.
• Work closely with reservations, operations, contracting, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Travel domestically/internationally when required for client meetings, sales visits, trade shows, and destination promotions.
