The Role

You will own the full B2B sales cycle — from finding and qualifying prospects to running demos, negotiating and closing. You'll sit across the table (or the Zoom call) from founders, CXOs and sales heads, understand how they get and handle leads today, and show them exactly how much revenue AI automation can unlock.

This is a hunter role with real ownership: your pipeline, your deals, your numbers.

What you'll do

- Build your own pipeline through calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, referrals and networking

- Run discovery conversations to understand a prospect's sales process, lead flow and gaps

- Deliver sharp, business-focused product demos — outcomes and ROI, not feature lists

- Handle objections, negotiate pricing and close deals independently

- Meet and beat monthly and quarterly revenue targets

- Keep the CRM clean and follow-ups disciplined — nothing falls through the cracks

- Grow accounts through upsell, cross-sell and referrals

- Share market feedback with Product and Marketing to shape what we build next

What you bring

- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT or technology/solution selling

- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets — you can share the numbers

- Experience closing deals end-to-end on your own

- Confidence speaking with founders, CXOs and business owners

- Strong discovery, presentation and negotiation skills

- Comfort with CRMs and a clear grip on pipeline, conversion, deal size and sales cycle

- Fluent English; Hindi and/or Marathi is a plus
