Location: Borivali, Mumbai
Experience: 1 to 5 Years
Salary: Up to 3 LPA
Working Days: 5 Days Working + Alternate Saturdays

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, emails, exhibitions, references, and other business development activities.
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and pricing details.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, Purchase, and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development.
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in quotation preparation and order closure.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and follow-ups effectively.
