Sales Executive / Assistant Manager

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales professional to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills and experience in B2B sales. Candidates from caf operations with a strong commercial orientation are also welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and business development for the specialty segment in the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and business reviews on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for management review.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in coffee, caf , hospitality, food service, or specialty products.
• Candidates with experience in caf operations and strong customer-facing exposure can also be considered.
• Educational Qualification: Degree in Hotel Management (IHM) or MBA is preferred.
