Sales Executive And Telecaller

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads through calls, references, online platforms, and field visits.
• Contact potential customers and understand their HVAC/AC requirements.
• Follow up with leads, enquiries, and quotations to convert them into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Schedule customer meetings and site visits as required.
• Promote the company's HVAC products and services to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and order processing.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer information.
