JOB PURPOSE:

Allied Group is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and consultative Sales Executive to drive sales of Enterprise Telecom, Voice, Connectivity, Unified Communications, Contact Centre, and Software Solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, developing existing accounts, understanding customer technology requirements, and positioning an integrated portfolio comprising:

• Internet Leased Lines (ILL)
• MPLS / Enterprise WAN
• SIP Trunk / SIP Voice
• PRI
• Enterprise Voice Solutions
• Genesys Licenses and Contact Centre Solutions
• Cloud Contact Centre Solutions
• Omnichannel Customer Experience Solutions
• Customer Experience (CX) Solutions
• Contact Centre Modernization
• Digital Transformation Solutions
• Cloud & AI Solutions
• Managed Services
• Professional Services
• Consulting Services
• Product Engineering / Integration Services
• Contact Centre software and value-added applications

The role will focus on solution selling rather than product-only selling, enabling the candidate to position a complete solution based on the customer's connectivity, communication, contact-centre, and digital transformation requirements.

2. PRODUCTS & SOLUTIONS TO BE SOLD

A. Enterprise Telecom & Connectivity

The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling:

• Internet Leased Line (ILL)
• Dedicated Internet Connectivity
• Enterprise Broadband / Internet solutions
• MPLS VPN
• Enterprise WAN Connectivity
• Point-to-Point connectivity
• Primary and backup Internet links
• Network redundancy solutions
• Managed connectivity services

The candidate should be able to understand bandwidth requirements, number of locations, redundancy requirements, and business-critical connectivity requirements.

B. Enterprise Voice & Telecom Solutions

The candidate will sell:

• SIP Trunk / SIP Voice
• PRI Links
• Enterprise Voice Connectivity
• DID / Numbering Solutions
• Inbound & Outbound Voice Solutions
• Business Telephony
• Voice Channels / Concurrent Calling Solutions
• Voice connectivity for Contact Centres
• Telecom integration with Contact Centre platforms

The candidate should be capable of understanding a customer's existing PBX/EPABX/contact-centre environment and identifying opportunities for SIP, PRI, voice migration, and related solutions

MANAGED, PROFESSIONAL & CONSULTING SERVICES

The candidate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for professional and managed services.

Managed Services

Position managed services for customers requiring ongoing operational support, including:

• Contact Centre support
• Technology support
• Managed operations
• Dedicated / Shared / Subscription-based support models
