Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate and manage leads for luxury and super luxury

residential properties (5 Crore and above)

Build and maintain relationships with HNI, UHNI, and

NRI clients

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and

client consultations with a professional, consultative

approach

Coordinate closely with developers on inventory,

pricing, and project updates

Follow up on leads generated through digital channels,

referrals, and networking events

Negotiate and close high-value real estate deals

Maintain accurate client records and pipeline tracking

Represent the firm at property launches, client

meetings, and industry networking events

Stay updated on Gurgaon and NCR real estate market

trends, pricing, and new project launches

Preferred candidate profile

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

1-5 years of experience in real estate sales

(luxury segment preferred but not mandatory)

Excellent communication skills English and Hindi

Strong network-building and relationship

management ability

Presentable, professional, and client-first attitude

Self-driven with a strong closing mindset

Comfortable working with high-value clientele

and premium properties

Two-wheeler/four-wheeler preferred for site visits

Bachelor's degree in any field
