Sales Executive And Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic/referral partners regularly.
• Promote the company's diagnostic tests, health packages, and laboratory services.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer/referral network.
• Conduct regular market visits and gather information about competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Follow up with existing clients and referral partners to increase business volume.
• Coordinate with the laboratory and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Organize and participate in health camps, doctor meetings, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
• Follow up for pending payments and coordinate with clients/accounts wherever required.
• Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, visits, conversions, and business generated.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with experience in diagnostic, healthcare, or medical sales will be preferred.
