Key Responsibilities

Acquire new customers for CASA (Current & Savings Accounts).
Promote and achieve sales targets for Fixed Deposits (FD) and other liability products.
Generate business through field sales, referrals, cold calling, and corporate visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Cross-sell banking products including loans, insurance, investment products, and digital banking services.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Ensure compliance with KYC and banking regulations.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and service.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.
2-4 years of experience in Banking Sales, CASA Sales, CASA Sales Officer, Relationship Manager, Acquisition Manager, Sales Executive, or NBFC Sales.
Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
