Job Description – Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer

Location: Pune & outskirts

Education: Diploma (DME) / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 1–6 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer with strong field sales experience in industrial consumables. The ideal candidate should have good technical understanding along with excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

* Promote and sell industrial consumables such as Bearings, Seals, Valves, Pumps, Oils, Lubricants, etc.

* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts

Key Skills & Requirements

* Hands-on experience in field sales (industrial products)

* Good knowledge of industrial consumables (Bearings, Seals, Valves, Pumps, Oils, Lubricants)

* Strong negotiation and communication skills

* Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English

* Good local market knowledge and willingness to travel within Pune and nearby areas
