We are looking for a Sales Engineer with sound technical knowledge, strong client relationships and a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities for LT/HT panels, PLC systems, VFD systems, and solar hybrid and off-grid solutions.
• Promote solar power solutions for highway lighting, CCTV, remote infrastructure and industrial applications.
• Build relationships with infrastructure clients, EPC contractors, consultants and teams involved in tunnel and highway projects.
• Develop business with chemical, agrochemical and other industrial organizations.
• Visit clients and project sites to understand requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and negotiations to secure orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
• Maintain sales reports, track opportunities and provide regular business development updates.
• Support payment follow-ups and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 25 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
• Working knowledge of LT/HT panels, PLC systems and VFD systems.
• Knowledge of solar hybrid and off-grid systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries and charge controllers, will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Ability to engage with technical teams, purchase departments and decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in electrical panels, industrial automation, solar solutions or a similar industry.
• Existing contacts with infrastructure clients, tunnel and highway project teams, or chemical and agrochemical companies.
• Having a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
